To ensure that you can log in to your VPN Vault account, we recommend adding an email address for recovery information. A recovery email address can help you to reset your password.
To set up a recovery email address:
- Go to 'User tab
- Tap on the 'Account Recovery' button
- Enter your email address and tap on the 'Save' button
- Next, look out for an automated email from us to validate this new email address. Do check your Spam/Junk email if you do not see the email in your main inbox. Upon clicking the ‘Confirm Email’ button, you will be brought to a page that validates your new email address.
