You can port out or transfer a Phoner number that you currently own to another carrier or service provider. When you port out your Phoner number, you will no longer be able to make calls or texts with it after the port out process is completed.
To ensure that the port out process is successful and that you do not lose the number, please ensure that your Phoner number is active throughout the port process i.e. not expiring or deactivated.
To port out your Phoner number:
- Inform your new carrier or service provider that you want to transfer your Phoner number to them.
- A port-out request will be sent to us, and we will approve the request once we see it.
- If you need a PIN number to authorize the port out process, kindly email our customer support team to request for it.
Once your number has been successfully ported over to your new carrier or service provider, you should be good to go. You can then cancel your active subscription for the Phoner number that you owned, if any.
