- Launch the Phoner app
- Go to the ‘Account’ tab
- Tap on the '?' button at the top right to open the Support screen
- Tap on the 'Contact Us' button to open your in-app email
- Fill in your request, without deleting any of the information pre-filled in the email.

- Launch the Phoner web app
- Tap on the '?' question icon at the bottom left of the screen
- Tap on your respective email service provider to open your email
- Fill in your request, without deleting any of the information pre-filled in the email.
