If you encounter the following error message, there are several possible reasons for this.
Error 50
- You may not have completed the verification process on your account. Please add a mobile number to your account. See How to verify, validate or authenticate my account?
- Your contact may have blocked your Phoner number from reaching them. Please get in touch with your contact to unblock you from their end.

Your account might have been caught by our carrier's spam detection systems, resulting in your account being blocked.
