If you forgot your password and are unable to access your account on Phoner, you can reset your password using your email address. You can only do so if you have already set up an email address for account recovery on Phoner.
Note: If you do not enter the email address that was associated with your account, you will be unable to receive the password reset instructions.
To reset your password with an email address on Phoner mobile:
- In the login starting screen, tap on 'I don't have an account. Sign up'
- You will be brought to a new screen where the 'Forgot Password?' button should show up under the text box.
- Enter your email address that has been linked to your Phoner account.
- Check your email for the password reset instructions. (Remember to check the Spam folder)
To reset your password with an email address on Phoner desktop:
- In the login starting screen, tap on 'Already on Phoner? Login'
- You will be brought to a new screen where the 'Forgot Password?' button should show up under the text box.
- Enter your email address that has been linked to your Phoner account.
- Check your email for the password reset instructions. (Remember to check the Spam folder)
