To ensure that you can log in to your Phoner account, we recommend adding an email address for recovery information. A recovery email address can help you to reset your password.
To set up a recovery email address:
- Go to 'Account' tab
- Tap on the Gear icon at the top right corner to go to Settings
- Tap on 'Email' button
- Enter your email address
- Next, look out for an automated email from us to validate this new email address. Do check your Spam/Junk email if you do not see the email in your main inbox. Upon clicking the ‘Confirm Email’ button, you will be brought to a page that validates your new email address.
