How to set up call forwarding?

You can set up call forwarding on Phoner to redirect incoming calls on your Phoner number to another number. For instance, if you want to access calls from another device, or if you want another party to pick up the incoming calls.

To set up call forwarding for a Phoner number:

1. On the Number Settings screen of the Phoner number you wish to setup, tap on ‘Forwarding / Voicemail’ 
2. Tap on ‘Set up Call Forwarding’
3. You will be prompted to enter your cell phone number and then you will receive a text on that number with a pin code and you will have to enter that pin code from that text for verification. Once you have completed the process, calls will be forwarded to your cell phone.

If you have multiple Phoner numbers and would like to have all incoming calls on them forwarded to a specific number, you can certainly do so.

1. Launch the Phoner app
2. Go to the ‘Home’ tab
3. Tap on the Gear icon at the top right corner to go to Settings
4. Tap on ‘Set up Call Forwarding’
5. Tap on 'ON
6. Enter the phone number that you would like to forward the calls to, and receive an SMS code to verify the number.
