How to remove an eSIM on Android?

For Samsung devices:

If you need to remove an eSIM from a Samsung device, follow these steps

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap Connections
3. Tap on SIM card manager
4. Select Truphone eSIM
5. Make you the plan disabled by tapping a toggle switch
6. Tap remove

For other Android devices:

If you need to remove an eSIM from other Android devices, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap Network and Internet
3. Tap on Mobile Network
4. Select Truphone eSIM
5. Tap on Advanced
6. Tap Erase SIM

Removing your eSIM does not stop your data plan. If you want to cancel your data plan, you still need to do this from within Phoner app or contact the carrier of the eSIM plan.
