If you had reset your device or purchased a new device , you can go to Photon Browser and press on
Gear Icon->Restore Premium Pass
This should restore your premium pass. If it still does not work, please
1. Send us your Google Play Store invoice for verification purposes
2. Email us again from within the app on the device you wish to restore Premium Pass on. This will allow us to run diagnostics and update purchase records.
To do this, press Settings (Gear Icon) -> Help & Support, and write "Restoring premium pass!" in the subject line.
Note that the Premium Pass is is a yearly pass, valid for one year. If you had purchased the Premium Pass more than one year ago, your pass may have expired and you need to purchase it again.
