If you encounter the following error message when receiving an incoming text message, it means that you have run out of Texts or Credits.
As incoming and outgoing text messages consume Texts (local texting) or Credits (international texting), you will need to keep a sufficient balance of Texts and/or Credits in your account to continue texting.
How to retrieve incoming message content:
1. Top up your Texts or Credits balance. See how to top up your Texts or Credits:
2. Once you have sufficient Texts or Credits, tap on the bubble 'Tap to retrieve content'. The bubble should change to the content of the incoming message.
