I don't own a mobile number from any of the countries listed in the available list
If you are unable to find the option to add your mobile number from the list of countries available, please contact our customer support team at support@appsverse.com and send us
- A copy of your phone bill from your carrier with phone number and full name clearly stated.
- A copy of your photo ID (front and back) that matches the full name in the phone bill.
"Too many tries" error message
If you encounter an error message "too many tries", it means that you have attempted to submit the verification process too many times. Please wait for a few hours before trying again, and ensure that the mobile number that you submit is accurate and able to receive verification codes.
I wasn't able to receive the SMS OTP code
If you are unable to receive the SMS OTP code, check that the mobile number you entered is a valid and real mobile number capable of receiving verification codes. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support team at support@appsverse.com and send us
