If you've purchased a subscription or Credit pack but don't see it reflected on your account, please follow the steps below.
Check if you are logged into the correct Phoner account
You may have made a purchase on a different Phoner account. Please use the correct Phoner account to access your purchases by logging out -> then using the correct Phoner account. See How to log in or log out?
Restore purchases
There may be times when your Apple ID / iCloud account or Google account has not reflected the purchase. You can try restoring your purchases by going to Settings -> tap on 'Restore Purchases' button.
Try making the purchase again
Sometimes your transaction may not go through due to server issues, credit card, etc. If the transaction went through, you should receive an invoice from Apple or Google Play and you should see a charge on your credit card. If you do not receive the invoice, you might want to try again to see if the transaction goes through.
