If you're encountering issues with receiving incoming text messages to your Phoner number, here are a few things to check:
Are you expecting a text message from an external third-party verification service?
Some services, e.g Social Media, Texting, Banking, Apps etc may reject the use of Phoner numbers for verification purposes. This means that they may not send the verification code to your Phoner number. Learn more about this here.
Did you block your contact by accident?
You may have accidentally blocked your contact if you find that you are unable to receive or send text messages from a particular contact. To check that you have not blocked your contact accidentally, follow the steps in: How to block someone from calling or texting me?
Is Phoner app updated to the latest version on your device?
