How to view or delete my call history?

You can view your call history of your Phoner number to check for:

• Calls that you have made, received, or missed
• Voicemails that have been sent to you

Your calls and text history will appear together, sorted by the date when the conversation occurred.

To view your call history:

A) From 'Account' tab

1. Launch the Phoner app
2. From the ‘Account’ tab, view the 'Inboxes' section showing your most recently used Phoner number.
3. Tap on the Phoner number that you wish to view.
4. You should now see your conversations with your contacts.
5. Tap on the conversation and you should find your call and text history.

B) From 'Recents' tab

1. Launch the Phoner app
2. Go to the ‘Recents’ tab
3. Tap on the middle bar at the top, where it shows your Phoner number
4. A list of all your Phoner numbers will appear
5. Tap on the Phoner number that you wish to view.
6. You should now see the calls made on your Phoner number.

C) From 'Messages' tab

1. Launch the Phoner app
2. Go to the ‘Messages’ tab
3. Tap on the middle bar at the top, where it shows your Phoner number
4. A list of all your Phoner numbers will appear
5. Tap on the Phoner number that you wish to view.
6. You should now see your conversations with your contacts.
7. Tap on the conversation and you should find your call and text history.

To delete your call history:

If you want to remove any of the call logs from your Phoner number, you can delete them manually. When you delete your call history, kindly note that they will be permanently deleted and you will not be able to recover them.

A) Delete individual entries

1. Tap and hold the call log or message for 2 seconds
2. You should see the 'Delete' button
3. Tap on 'Confirm Delete' button and the message will be erased from your history.

B) Delete multiple entries

1. Tap the three dots at the top right of the screen and you should see the Message Control menu for your contact
2. Tap on 'Delete Messages'
3. You should now see the option to select multiple call logs and messages at once
4. Select the call logs and messages that you want to delete and tap 'Delete' at the bottom of the screen.

Delete the whole conversation

1. From the 'Messages' tab, swipe left on the conversation that you wish to delete.
2. The red 'trash' icon should appear.
3. Tap on the 'trash' icon.
4. Confirm that you would like to permanently delete the conversation.
