If you have requested for a refund from App Store / Play Store, here are some steps to check the refund status, as well as when you'll receive the refund.

For iOS Users:
The time it takes for the money to appear on your account or statement depends on the payment method. You may lose access to refunded items.
How to check the status of your refund request:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Choose Check Status of Claims. If you don't see Check Status of Claims, you don't have any pending refund requests.
- To see the status, tap or click Pending.
When will I get the money back?
If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:
- Store credit—It might take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple Account balance.
- Mobile phone billing—It might take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time might be affected by your carrier. You can contact your carrier for an update.
- All other payment methods—It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
For Android Users:
Refunds from Google Play are returned to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Refunds take different amounts of time depending on how you paid.

When will I get the money back?
If you have used your Credit / Debit card to make the purchase, it will take up to 3–5 business days
- Processing time can be affected by the card issuer and sometimes takes up to 10 business days.
- If your credit card is no longer active, refunds will go to the bank that issued your card. Contact the bank to recover funds.

For Phoner Web Users:
Refunds for web purchases are returned to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Refunds take different amounts of time depending on how you paid. You should see the funds go back into your account soon as per the payment processor's schedule.
When will I get the money back?
If you have used your Credit / Debit card to make the purchase, it will take up to 5–14 business days.
- Processing time can be affected by the card issuer and sometimes takes up to 10 business days.
- If your credit card is no longer active, refunds will go to the bank that issued your card. Contact the bank to recover funds.
