To see what numbers are available, you can tap on top left button in (Menu) -> Select a Country and Area code to see the available Premium Numbers.
With Premium Numbers you can own a number in any country that you want, and also use it as a second line to share it with someone so that they can text or call you such as with Craigslist, for business, interview application form, etc.
