Sometimes, the transaction with Apple may not go through due to server issues, credit card, etc. If it went through, you should have got an invoice from Apple and you should see a charge on your credit card. If not, you might want to try again to see if that works.
If you feel that your credit card was charged and you did not receive the credit, please forward us the invoice from Apple or Google and we will rectify the problem.
