Most of our users have very good call quality. As our phone service runs over the internet (just like most of the other services), the quality of your internet will affect the voice quality.
If you are using 3G or 4G, please make sure you have sufficient bars. If you are at an area with poor connection, please try to use Wifi as the quality should be much better when you are on good Wifi.
