If you find that you are unable to send domestic (local to local) text messages despite having Credits, this is because you need Texts for domestic texting. Credits are used for international texting.
For domestic (local to local) text messages, you will need Texts for this.
To purchase Texts, tap on Menu -> 'xx credits left (Get More)' and select a Text Package instead of a Credit package on the next screen.
