Phoner works over the internet and therefore it is not linked to your real number in any way.
When you open the Phoner app, it acts as a software that connects to the internet for calling and texting services. Therefore, Phoner does not use your carrier-registered number. There is no way to use a Phoner number to trace this back to your real mobile number.
When you call or text someone using Phoner, they will only be able to see the Phoner number that you have used to contact them.
The only time your identity might be known is when you have associated your real number with the call forwarding option, or if you have linked the Phoner number to your social media profiles online, for example.
