To log into your Phoner account
A) Using username and password
B) Using Login PIN
C) Using Phone Number (For US, UK or CA Users)
To log out from your Phoner account
To log in to your Phoner account:
A) Using username and password
- In the login starting screen, you should see the 'Login' button
- If you see a 'Sign Up' button instead, please tap on 'Login as Existing user'. You should see the button change from 'Sign Up' to 'Login'
- Enter your original username and password for the account.
B) Using Login PIN
If you already have an account and are trying to access Phoner from another device, you can use the Login PIN feature on your current device to create a login PIN code.
- On your device with access to Phoner account, go to 'Account' tab
- Tap on the Gear icon at the top right corner to go to Settings
- Tap on 'Generate Login PIN' button
- You should now see a screen that says 'Your PIN is...'. Copy this PIN code.
- On your new device, make sure that you see the login starting screen. Tap on the button 'I have a PIN from another device' at the bottom.
- Enter the PIN code previously generated in Step #4.

For Phoner Web users:
- On your desktop or laptop with access to Phoner account, tap on the Gear icon on the left menu.
- The Settings screen should appear.
- Tap on 'Generate Login PIN' button.
- You should now see a pop up that says 'Pin Code Enter XXX to the device that you want to login / Copy'. Tap on 'Copy' button to copy the PIN code.
- On your new device, make sure that you see the login starting screen. Tap on the button 'I have a PIN from another device' at the bottom.
- Enter the PIN code previously generated in Step #4.
C) Using Phone Number (For US, UK or Canada Users)
If you have linked your real post-paid mobile phone number to your Phoner account, you can receive an SMS code to log in.
- In the login starting screen, tap on the 'Login using phone number' button
- Enter your country and real phone number linked to your Phoner account
- Wait for the SMS code to come in
- Enter the SMS code and you should be able to access your account.

To log out from your Phoner account (iOS users only):
- Go to 'Account' tab
- Tap on the Gear icon at the top right corner to go to Settings
- Tap on 'Logout' button
- You should be brought to the login starting screen.
