If you login and you do not see your Credits, Texts or Minutes, or your previous messaging or calling history information, it is very likely that you have logged in with the wrong account or you may have accidentally signed up for a new account.
If you notice that you are logged into the wrong account, simply log out and log in with the correct account:
- On the wrong account, go to 'Account' tab
- Tap on the Gear icon at the top right corner to go to Settings
- Tap on 'Logout' button
- You should now see the login screen and see the 'Login' button. If you see a 'Sign Up' button instead, please tap on 'Login as Existing user'. You should see the button change from 'Sign Up' to 'Login'
- Enter your original username and password for the account.
