Sometimes your transaction may not go through due to server issues, credit card, etc. If the transaction went through, you should receive an invoice from Apple or Google Play and you should see a charge on your credit card. If you do not receive the invoice, you might want to try again to see if the transaction goes through.
If you feel that your credit card was charged and you did not receive the Credits, please contact us and attach the invoice from Apple or Google Play.
