If you are a US, UK or Canada user, and you are facing local texting issues, you may have insufficient Texts.
You need to use Credits to exchange for Texts packages. After increasing your Texts balance using your Credits, you can then continue texting your contacts without issues.
To top up your Texts, go to the ‘Account’ tab -> tap on the ‘+’ icon next to Minutes / Texts balance.
